Generate payment requests from a lease

After saving a lease the system asks whether to create its payment requests and payment rules. Press Létrehozás (Create).

Payment rules

Rules are recurring templates: requests are generated automatically at 08:00 on the next issue day. Each rule shows its name (e.g. monthly rent, management fee), payer, recipient, issue day, frequency, due window and amount. Editing a rule affects every request generated afterwards.

Issued requests

One-off items such as the first rent, the deposit or the first management fee appear immediately on the Díjbekérők list with source Eseti (one-off). Add rules with Új szabály and individual requests with Új díjbekérő.
