Terms of Use 

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the digital property management services and website operated by the Service Provider.

By using the service, the User accepts these Terms.

The service supports operational processes related to renting, in particular:

• managing property data
• supporting communication with tenants
• tracking fault reports and maintenance processes
• transparency of financial and administrative processes

The Service Provider is not a real estate agent or listing portal, and accepts no responsibility for the content or outcome of any tenancy.

The service may be used by:

• property owners
• property managers
• tenants (with limited permissions)

The User declares that they hold the rights required to use the service.

Some features of the service require registration.

The User must provide true, accurate data and keep their account credentials secure.

The User is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

The Service Provider strives to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical faults.

The User is responsible for the data, documents and communications uploaded to the system.

The Service Provider does not check the lawfulness or accuracy of uploaded content in advance.

Uploading unlawful or offensive content is prohibited.

The service uses permission levels.

The User may only access data they manage or that has been made available to them.

Unauthorised access, or any attempt at it, may result in immediate suspension of the service.

Some features of the service may be subject to a fee.

The Service Provider provides separate information on fees and payment terms.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change fees with prior notice.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for:

• the consequences of rental decisions
• disputes between tenants and owners
• damage caused by third parties
• data loss, unless caused by the Service Provider's gross negligence

The service is used at the User's own risk.

The entire content of the website and the service is protected by copyright.

Copying, modifying or commercially using the content without the Service Provider's prior written consent is prohibited.

The User may close their account at any time.

The Service Provider may terminate the service or the User's access if these Terms are breached.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.

The parties will seek to settle disputes amicably; failing that, Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.
