Record a cost or a quote
One-off and recurring costs, linked to issues, saved as templates.
The property's Költségek (Costs) tab has two views: Costs and Quotes. Summary cards show total cost, this month's cost, unpaid and overdue items.
New cost
With Új költség enter subject, description, the product name and description shown on the request, amount, currency and effective date. Optionally link it to an issue, make it recurring, or save as template for frequent items.
The saved cost
Upload bill images and other photos, edit or delete it. To charge it to the tenant, use Díjbekérőhöz rendelés (Add to payment request).
Quote
The Új árajánlat (New quote) form adds a recipient type (e.g. tenant or owner) and recipient. A tenant can only be chosen with an active lease; otherwise pick the owner.
